If you have logged an emergency assistance claim whilst being abroad then there will be no need for you to log an eClaim, instead you can download a claim form at www.tifgroup.co.uk/claims and email it back to us or we can send one to you via email if you drop us a note at claims@tifgroup.co.uk. When completing your claim form can we ask that you please put your emergency assistance claim reference number in the box provided, this makes it much easier for us to locate your claim.
If you have been effected by the recent collapse of Thomas Cook and need to make a claim for your package holiday that you have booked with Thomas Cook then please contact ATOL on 0300 303 2800 or visit www.thomascook.caa.co.uk.
If you have flights only booked with Thomas Cook and have scheduled airline failure cover in your policy then please continue to log a cancellation claim, if you are unsure then please refer to your policy documents.
